Frequently Asked Questions about Booking

How does booking work with you?

All of my sessions last 50 minutes regardless of the service selected. Once you have decided which services you would like to purchase, you will go to the booking page and be prompted to choose the service and the time. Please make sure you select the time in your timezone, this can be easily verified when you are booking. Next you will be required to enter your credit card information to our secured and encrypted third party payment system. It is strongly recommended that you have read our refund policy prior to booking! 

What happens when I book a session?

Once your session is booked and paid for,  you will immediately receive a receipt confirming your booking. Within 48 hours of the booking I will send you a client coaching agreement which also includes a liability waiver, and a zoom code/link for our session(s). These documents will be sent via email.  Please make sure you have thoroughly read the document prior to signing and sending it back to us. You will also be sent reminders of your booking(s) via email and text. If you would like to read the client coaching agreement prior to booking please contact me directly!

What is expected of clients?

To benefit from your sessions to the fullest extent, clients are expected to complete exercises or assignments in a timely manner, communicate with me with full honesty and implement introduced strategies for self-improvement. Clients who are unwilling to make changes to their lifestyles and attitudes will not benefit from the guidance and experience of the Coach/Hypnotherapist. 

What can I expect from my first Coaching/ Hypnotherapy session?

In the first session I will be assessing your general behaviour, demeanor and body language to begin to form an understanding of your mind frame. I will also conduct a few tests to determine your suggestibility/resistance levels and your eve movements to verify how your brain stores information. You will be asked many questions and your reactions, answers, and reaction time to the answers will help me determine where you have room to improve or where you may have mental blocks or unfavorable thought patterns. It is imperative for me to have a complete understanding of the way you think so I can offer the best strategies to assist you with improving your mindset or help you reach any goals you have set. The purpose of the first session is for the client and the coach to get to know each other and form a trusting relationship. Please note that I do not expect anything of clients in the first session with the exception of honesty and an open mind. 

What can I expect for future coaching/hypnotherapy visits?

Once we have identified what you need to improve or which goals are most beneficial for your development, I will create an action plan for you. Together we will specifically target the challenges you have with the next few sessions. You can expect me to hold you accountable and guide you through new changes, identify new opportunities for your future and to help you deconstruct false belief systems. Some clients will also receive a variety assignments and exercise dependant on the challenges they face. Please note that at no time will these exercises and assignments be time consuming, nor will they require you to spend any additional personal funds. 

Will you make any emotional or physical changes for me?

My goal is to facilitate the creation of new behavioural and thought patterns so that you can make the changes you need to make to improve your life. An outcome of working with a Life Coach/Hypnotherapist is gaining independence from negative self-talk and learning to use your newfound focus towards projects you’ve always dreamed of! I also consistently aim to raise your awareness of what’s going on in your own mind so you can then challenge your own thoughts and line of thinking.

What is the duration of your Coaching or Hypnotherapy program?

Clients have the flexibility to book on their schedule and decide for themselves how long they would like to be coached. However it is recommended for clients to partake in at least 3 sessions to maximize the benefits of their Coaching/Hypnotherapy, at the frequency of one sessions per week or bi-weekly. For clients who are looking for long term changes and accountability, bi-monthly sessions are recommended! 

How do you generally offer sessions?

Currently I offer virtual sessions. If you are unable to connect with me virtually, you can always book a phone call instead. It is however HIGHLY recommended that we conduct our sessions virtually, with visibility on your upper body as reading body language and eye movement aids in assessing clients and providing the best service. 

Will my benefits cover your services?

Depending on the plan and the insurance provider, you may be eligible to claim my services as benefits. I would strongly recommend contacting your insurance prior before booking any sessions to make sure you will have coverage. Generally coverage for this would come out of a Health/Wellness Flex spending account.

What happens if I miss my session?

In accordance with our policies you will need to provide 48 hours notice to reschedule your session. If no notice is provided there will no opportunity given to reschedule. 

What is your refund policy?

At this time, no refunds will be provided for booked or missed sessions. It is recommended to only book as many sessions as you can commit to.
